The decisions for iHAC call 2 are in, and they’re exciting!

8 project applications for integrated healthcare and care service provision have been approved out of 15 carefully evaluated ones. These projects cover a wide range of regions, from Finland to Sweden, Norway, Åland and even Greenland.

Given the high quality of applications, the approved projects will be proceeding with a slightly reduced budget to accommodate activities from more actors.

Two projects will focus on inspirational visits and network activities involving stakeholders from the Baltic States, particularly Estonia and Lithuania.

Furthermore, three additional projects have been granted small funds to participate in upcoming Model Area network meetings, connected to the iHAC final conference scheduled for November 5th-6th, 2024.

Niclas Forsling and Bengt Andersson, the iHAC project managers, expressed their satisfaction with the inclusion of actors from self-governing areas like Åland and Greenland, as well as the opportunity to share knowledge with actors in the Baltic States of Estonia and Lithuania.
– It’s a fantastic step forward in promoting integrated healthcare and care service models across the Nordics and the Baltics! says Niclas Forsling.

Decision proposals were sent out at the 29th of March, and the process to contract all actors are still ongoing.

“It’s a fantastic step forward in promoting integrated healthcare and care service models across the Nordics and the Baltics!”
